As a Graduate within the APM Group, you'll experience our three WorkCare businesses: APM WorkCare, Konekt Work care and Generation Health in your role as an Occupational Rehabilitation Graduate Consultant. When you join APM, you'll start off with a smooth, supported induction to help you transition into the workplace. From there you'll be offered a series of learning and development opportunities, 1-to-1 mentoring, shadowing experiences and exposure to a variety of casework to support your growth and set you up for success over the two-year program.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Graduation achieved by February 2022
  • Eligible for registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
  • Valid Australian working rights
