We're looking for Graduate Designers to join our Sydney team.

As a Grad working in our UX/UI space, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and customers, turning your insights into incredible products and helping execute a creative vision.

Our Team

The Sydney Foundry team are a small, (but growing) close knit Product team with a passion breaking new grounds. The team are design driven and thrive with access to some of the best product engineers and architects in New Zealand and Australia.

Datacom's Product teams are involved in the entire product creation process from conception and ideation through to take to market. With a raft of upcoming opportunities, and a roadmap in place to build out our front end capability, we’re on the hunt for a big thinking, customer-centric Graduate Designer to help create value. 

Responsibilities

As a grad you'll be a ready to hit the ground running, taking on a wide range of tasks while you build trust in the team and expand your skills. 

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Setting design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
  • Staying up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • Coordinating with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • Modifying and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  • Presenting product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
