Trying, becoming more sustainable in a lot of areas and it is an ongoing conversation

A number of opportunities, including hosting opportunities of highschool and university students to the office.

Lots of internal projects available if you have time to get involved. D&I initiatives, wahine toa initiative, cultural initiatives

They encourage us to reduce waste (i.e. bring containers for our lunch instead of glad wrap) and have targets to reduce CO2 emissions I believe.

There are multiple environmental and social programmes where Deloitte either provide sponsorship or staff to help out for certain initiatives.

Air travel is our biggest source of carbon emissions. We have recycling and food bins.

I know there is quite a lot, off the top of my head I know that there is a large involvement with the Pasifika community/businesses.

I have not worked on these projects as it is not my field

Although there are internal initiatives run such as clean up day, volunteer leave etc., there seems to be a lack of helping clients to step into this space. Gap needs to be bridged between internal and external CSR development.
