Flexible but understaffed

I work at least 38 hours a week. I sometimes have to work until 9pm on Thursdays and Fridays due to night trading hours, but other than that the hours are very normal (9am-5:30pm).

Full time staff. However with retail you might need to work some weekends and extended hours during boxing days etc

Not very flexible. The only flexibility is the hours that I choose to put in as extra.
