Unlock your potential.

Hesperia was founded by two of Western Australia's most experienced developers, Ben Lisle and Adrian Fini in 2020.  We recognise the uniqueness of our state and the need to evolve continually alongside our growing community to make a positive, long-term contribution to Western Australia’s development.

This perspective drives our focus on delivering places of enduring value – unlocking potential in place. As a local leader in urban regeneration, our projects take a considered approach to design, investment, sustainability, property development and management, backed by years of proven experience we add value to every square metre we work with.

We work across key sectors - commercial, industrial, residential, retail, medical and hospitality, to provide tangible social and environmental benefits for our state.

Your Role

Finance students will gain experience in financial and technical due diligence, equity and debt financing, acquisition, civil and construction development, leasing, asset management and divestment.

The Program

Hesperia's Grad Program is designed to help bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. We want to see you grow to your full potential and hope to provide you the tools to do so.

You will start the program by participating in Hesperia's training camp - learning from industry experts and experienced colleagues.  We will focus on setting you up with the foundations to succeed in everything you do by focusing on the fundamentals required in property development.  You will throughout the year participate in some of the industry's leading training courses along with site visits, seminars and mentoring.

The career opportunities are endless!

Hesperia's passionate and dedicated team are experts in making the complex appear simple, finding solutions that others don't see and delivering on our promises.  Your first 12 months will see you rotate between each business unit (Industrial, Commercial, Built Form and Operations) each quarter to get full exposure to everything Hesperia.  Thereafter you will be provided the opportunity to create a career development plan tailored to you.

Recruitment Process

We are looking for the next generation of leaders to learn from our passionate team of experts, experienced in all facets of property development and finance.

  1. Applicant submission of resume and academic transcript
  2. Submissions reviewed by the Hesperia Grad Program Team
