Unlock your potential.

Hesperia was founded by two of Western Australia's most experienced developers, Ben Lisle and Adrian Fini in 2020.  We recognise the uniqueness of our state and the need to evolve continually alongside our growing community to make a positive, long-term contribution to Western Australia’s development.

This perspective drives our focus on delivering places of enduring value – unlocking potential in place. As a local leader in urban regeneration, our projects take a considered approach to design, investment, sustainability, property development and management, backed by years of proven experience we add value to every square metre we work with.

We work across key sectors - commercial, industrial, residential, retail, medical and hospitality, to provide tangible social and environmental benefits for our state.

Your Role

Property students will explore place-making, master planning and approvals, community and stakeholder engagement, environmental conservation, detailed design, engineering, construction, sales and marketing, financial management and project governance.

The Program

Our 2023 Internship Program is offered during the mid-year and end of year university breaks. The paid program will run for a period of four weeks.  You will have a mentor assigned to you for the duration of the program.  The mentor will sit next to you, set your workload, train you on the job, take you on site visits and just check in with you.
