During this three-day program, you’ll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Technology teams, build your professional skills, and explore the range of career opportunities available in one of our fastest growing areas.

The program is packed with practical takeaways and valuable insights - from tackling problems with design thinking to effectively navigating case studies and interviews. You’ll get an insider’s view into our different tech teams, our technology services, and the technologies we’re using – such as artificial intelligence, Cloud technology and machine learning. You’ll meet with our current grads and learn about their career journeys and what a typical day looks like for them at KPMG.

You’ll also take part in an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on our 2025 vacation program.

About you

At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities. We look for people who align to our values, who are resilient, progressive thinkers who can bring a fresh perspective and communicate their ideas with passion.

We're interested in you and your unique experiences and perspectives, not just your academic record or qualification. Regardless of your background, we’re dedicated to helping you grow your career and thrive with us.

Our Women in Tech Insights Program is open to people from any degree discipline who are curious to learn and motivated to work in this expanding and dynamic field.

To be eligible, you’ll be in your first year at university (or second year if you’re on a 4-year course) and able to attend the program for the full three-days from 22nd April – 24th April.
