We continue to contribute to changing skylines, cityscapes and social infrastructure; delivering projects like the Martin Place & Victoria Cross Integrated Metro station developments (NSW), Circular Quay Tower (NSW), Cairns Convention Centre (QLD), Gold Coast Airport (QLD), Melbourne Quarter Commercial & Residential precinct (VIC) as well as state of the art health, defence and education facilities nationally. We push boundaries to create iconic places that are innovative, sustainable and commercially viable.

As a Construction Graduate - Safety you will learn to provide specialist EHS knowledge to the project team and site operations, assist in the implementation of our Global Minimum Requirements and drive superior performance. Working with the EH&S team, your role will include establishment and implementation of Lendlease EH&S Systems, Risk Management, Construction Methodology and Safe Work Methods, site inspection and monitoring of the workplace and development and implementation of safety initiatives to improve safety performance.

We are searching for students from a range of academic backgrounds which may include or have related degrees in health and safety, construction management or engineering with a passion for safety. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst being driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. Our projects can be found around the country; within the metro and regional locations, so it is essential you would be prepared to be mobile/relocate across these project needs.
