As a participant of the Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, dynamic managers, various on-the-job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

Current roles: 

Marketing and Corporate Affairs - you will be offered challenging and diverse opportunities to build your knowledge and experience, while exposing you to the full spectrum of Corporate Affairs responsibilities including marketing & brand, crisis & event management, supporting leadership communication & other internal communications, digital communications, government affairs and media management.

The role will see you involved in the employee life cycle from contract generation, role movements and separations. Your initiative and proactive mentality will see your shape and support improvements and development to our processes and systems. 

Risk - As a Risk function we embed sound risk management practices into the business thereby helping them increase profitability and decreasing volatility and uncertainty, especially when it comes to meeting Lendlease’s objectives. You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of our risk management practices and the way in which the use of risk management tools acts as a solid enabler for the business to allow it to deliver in line with the strategy and business plan. You will also gain a solid understanding of our businesses across rotations in Group as well as Regional Risk and Insurance who deal more closely with our business operations and major projects to complete the circle of risk management at Lendlease.

About You: 

You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals and be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated, and driven to be effective, with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and diversity.  

Degrees that are aligned to (but not limited to) these roles are: 

  • Commerce, Business, Finance, Law, Economics 
  • Political Science with a major in Public Policy 
  • Organisational Communication with majors in Journalism, Marketing  
  • Double Degree: Property/Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management AND Commerce/Business

  • Graduate applications open on August 1st, 2022 
  • You must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency  
  • Submit your CV, academic transcript and proof of Australia residency or citizenship  
  • Applications close 21 August 2022, 11:59pm AEDT 
  • The application process includes Blended Online Assessment, Video Interview, and Virtual Assessment Centre. 
  • Start your new role in February 2023
