Placement project work will vary based on the timing of each placement. Placement students can expect to be involved in projects that relate to one or more of the various OPL business offers, including:

• Learning
• Leadership development
• Leadership assessment
• Talent management

Nous is looking for placement students who are:

• enthusiastic, curious and willing to learn
• intelligent and academically accomplished – a distinction average or above is essential
• able to undertake structured analyses in a logical and efficient manner
• able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
• well organised with the ability to manage multiple pieces of work in an organised manner
• comfortable working autonomously and in a self-managed way, using initiative to draw on the expertise of those around you
• able to analyse and process quantitative data
• in their final or penultimate year.
