We seek to support and champion racially/ethnically diverse colleagues, taking into account the cultural, socioeconomic, and other intersectional identity dimensions that shape the experiences of people of colour at Oliver Wyman.

Vision & Mission

Internally, we seek to create an Oliver Wyman where the employees reflect the diversity of the outside world, where each individual is comfortable being their full self at work, and where diversity is valued, embraced and championed as a differentiating aspect of how we work.

Externally, our goal is for clients to also recognize diversity as a key asset of the value that Oliver Wyman delivers.
