The Role

Based at our Hawthorn head office, the receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the company alongside our current receptionist. They will provide a high level of customer service, whilst also providing general administration support to various team members.

Hours

You will need to be available between the hours of 7:45am - 5:00pm, with yourself and the other receptionist to determine the split and rotations of hours. This is a full-time role: Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with visitor access to the car park & serve visitors by welcoming and directing them
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Create Purchase Orders and assist with invoicing
  • Order and restock of kitchen/stationery stock when low
  • Assist with the booking of meeting rooms, as required
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries & schedule courier pickups for outgoing deliveries
  • Organise any transport required by visitors

What We're Looking For

  • Prior reception experience is required
  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support where needed
