You'll work on client engagements, take part in projects addressing some of the tough challenges facing our nation such as climate change or cybersecurity and strengthen your skills while witnessing the impact of your contribution. Not to mention, a potential fast track into our Graduate Program at the end of the internship! Opportunities are available in Consulting, Assurance and Financial Advisory business areas.

      During the program, you will:

      • Develop your skills through one-on-one coaching and mentoring
      • Undertake challenging client work and engagements with potentially broad social impacts
      • Attend networking events
      • Expand your professional and personal networks with like-minded peers
      • Expand your career potential with a globally respected organisation
      • Possibly return to University with a full-time job offer in hand!

      You're in your second last year of University, digitally savvy and ready to learn. You're passionate about making a difference and playing an active role in reimagining the future of society. Regardless of what degree you're studying, you can discover opportunities that truly align to your passion and interests.

      Commencement and Next Steps:

      Our Vacation Program has several commencement options. Consulting (Winter/Summer University semester break), Financial Advisory & Assurance (Summer University semester break) [pending business requirements].

      Our recruitment process for this vacancy will follow the timeline below:

      • We'll be assessing applications immediately and progressing candidates who meet the program eligibility criteria to the online assessment and digital interview. Please make sure that you complete each of these within 3 days.
      • You could have outcomes for your online assessment and digital interview as early as week commencing 22 March. This will depend on when you apply and complete these parts of the recruitment process.
      • We will also require you to be available to participate in our virtual Assessment Centres. Assessment centres will run from mid-March through to late April.
