The pay is above what I thought for an entry position and am happy with it. They have allowances for travel as well to assist with being away from home.

Pay is reasonable for the work that I am doing and the education I have. Bonuses are not involved as it is a government organisation.

QAO pay is higher than most private sector graduate programs. The additional benefits like increased super are amazing as well.

There are no bonuses at the QAO for my level. The pay is quite high at my level compared to the private sector.

The pay is the standard amount for a graduate working in the public sector and since it is government there are no differences in pay between the same roles. It also means that there are no bonuses in the company.

We have no perks at our job given our high salary.

If you are moving towns to work at QAO they offer you a travel allowance which is very generous. They also gave a free week as extra leave over Christmas as a thank you to all staff which was amazing!

There is a travel allowance on jobs that require you to travel around QLD to visit client sites. This allowance is generous.

We get free fruit boxes, cookies and morning tea at every all staff seminar which takes place every two months. We get to travel to remote locations in Queensland.
