Yes, my manager is focused on ensuring I have enough work and opportunities to grow as a lawyer.

I think there needs to be a bit more feedback from managers or a bit more interaction with them.

My managers have been very good mentors. They aren't always very accessible because they're often very busy, but when I need to raise something, they are always responsive and keen to help. I receive recognition for my work when it gets passed on.

My supervising partner is fantastic.

Partners are very accessible, but I have more contact with senior solicitors on a daily basis. We have two performance sessions per year (one for feedback and one for review).

Praise and recognition are hard to come by. Feedback is extensive and very constructive, but sometimes we can be addressed in negative ways.

I am satisfied.
