As an HR intern, you’ll be working closely with the head of HR for the Pacific region and assist in a variety of tasks.

What you’ll do

  • You will drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
  • You will be co-creating and hosting a leadership development program.
  • You will work on strategic HR initiatives, linking to for example career. development and employer branding
  • You will have the opportunity to broaden your network, work cross-cultural on a global level.
  • You will support the head of HR for Enabling Functions with other daily requests for the business.

Your qualifications

  • Students who are currently studying Business/Human Resource Management related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Good analytical skills 
  • People Person with a can do attitude
  • Strong interest and skills in HR and DE&I
  • Independent, able to take initiative and goal oriented.

Your qualifications:
- You have a relevant background, for example in Business Administration, Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or other kinds. - You are open-minded, a team player and take ownership. - You are proactive, self-starting and keen to learn. - You have an interest in HR data analytics. - You have affinity with project management and have a hands-on mentality. - You are available for 3-6 months (minimum 24 hours/week), start date is negotiable.
