What does a Graduate Environmental Scientists do in our Contaminated land team do?  

  • Participating in the delivery of projects ranging from contaminated land, acid sulfate soil, water and wastewater management.
  • Assisting in undertaking field and laboratory work such as sampling and testing of soils, groundwater and surface water.
  • Assisting in data analysis and interpretive report preparation.
  • Developing practical and commercial solutions to problems.
  • Undertaking work related training and self-development for career advancement
  • Collaborating with project staff and work within a team of technical specialists in their field.

About you:  

  • Degree in Environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving
  • Eligible to work in Australia 
  • Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years of experience 

Your personal attributes are just as important. Demonstrate your interest in some of the following aspects preliminary or detailed contaminated land investigations, soil sampling , surface and groundwater sampling, acid sulfate soil investigations.

You will be committed to improve the world we live in, seize the environmental challenges that we all face and come up with solutions that will benefit generations to come. As a graduate you will be driven to achieve, have demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in an environment where you are challenged and expected to learn, grow and drive the future of our client service, technical delivery, and project outcomes.

These full-time positions would suit students currently completing the final year of their degree or recent graduates with 1-2 years of experience .
