As a top Graduate employer, our program offers you a permanent role and takes you on a 2-year journey that will kick-start your career. Those experiences include the support of a dedicated Career Coach, tailored learning events, connecting with Graduates and senior leaders from around the country, and much more. 

You will undertake four, six-month rotations within different areas of People and Culture. Two of your rotations will be pre-determined, where you will work with the People Services team – who provide HR Shared Services to managers, employees and other parts of People & Culture – and the Reward & Analytics team – who analyse our People Data in order to shape the services we offer. With the support of your dedicated career coach, your other two rotations will be chosen by you and may include opportunities to work with a People & Culture Business Partner, in various parts of the Organisational Development team (such as Talent & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion or Leadership & Learning) or with the HR Projects team.

Whilst your experiences in each rotation will differ, your Graduate experience will enable you to positively impact the employee experience and the effectiveness of the People & Culture team.

Responsibilities are varied; you will support the team to:

• Support the monitoring of external trends to identify strategically aligned opportunity spaces.
• Support the uplift of organisational capability across the organisation and driving the cultural shifts that will lead to podium finishes.
• Support scaling of innovation initiatives and conducting of innovation sprints.
• Support workshop scheduling, preparation, delivery, documentation and liaison with stakeholders.
• Capture, document and communicate progress, learnings & insights for business leverage.
• Support configuration of bespoke challenges and campaigns within our online innovation platform. 
• Drive active contribution of and collaboration on challenges and campaigns.
• Support the preparation of content for distribution within the external / start-up / venture ecosystem. 
• Co-ordinate external event scheduling, preparation, documentation and liaison.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively to share ideas, knowledge and experience and to learn from team members.
• Lead specific projects as required.

Requirements:

• You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2023.
• We have a preference for applicants who have studied a Business, Design, Engineering, Science or Arts degree but will also consider other related degree subjects.
• Have an empathetic but entrepreneurial mindset with experience in collaborating with others. 
• Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
