Career Prospects at Tonkin + Taylor

This is my first full time job so I am not sure what other companies I like, but having annual review of your salary is great. I will have to come back to this question as I have experienced the full process yet.

Very clear structure of how to progress and a good group of people that can help

From what I understand, there is a performance review and then promotion. There is a well-structure pathway on becoming a project manager that is provided on out company's learning management system. It is quite clear on what you need to do.

I am hopeful for a respectable pay rise from what I've heard from colleagues and the feedback I've received throughout the year. Moving up in the company requires taking on additional responsibilities, developing personal knowledge and skills.

Annual REM reviews provide structure and confidence in the review system, and the feedback methods used is excellent. Would like to know more about long term opportunities but currently satisfied.

Rem review each year - get feedback from colleagues and move up a grade which is attached to a salary band. Placement within salary band is based on feedback and performance.

Can't comment on promotions as this is sorted on an annual basis. Career progression the company really helps with setting goals and providing us with information on chartership etc.
