WSP does an excellent job with diversity and inclusion promotion and awareness in the company and have developed Employee Resource Groups focused on Māori & Pasifika, VIBE (Rainbow Community), Women of WSP (Gender Equality), Neurodiversity and Physical Accessibility.

WSP has the VIBE initiative, which is an open group for employees to join that promotes queer individuals and incentives throughout the companies. I personally think that WSP does well for diversity and they generally do well with retaining employees.
