I can walk up to any of them and strike a conversation or ask for anything I need. Praise is given publicly at our monthly team meetings and in private.

My managers are accessible and easy to chat with. There are check-ins on performance development at least twice a year where your position is reviewed, but management are open to catching up more often to chat about how you can improve in your role.

Yes I can go up to my managers and senior partners at any time with any queries I might have.
