Application Process & Interviews at Fordham

We had to go through cognitive games as the first stage, followed by a video interview which we talked about ourselves. The final stage is the assessment centre where applicants are grouped into teams and given a task to see how well we work together.

Following the initial application, there was online psychometric testing, followed by a virtual assessment centre and online video interview over Zoom.

It starts with a video interview followed by an aptitude test, culminating in an assessment centre where there is a group activity followed by a panel interview.

I didn't do any assessments but the interview was great where they made me feel comfortable by speaking personally.

Questions ranged from my experience and studies to what inspired me to apply for Fordham. There were also questions about my achievements and challenges I have faced.
