There are many different training opportunities. As graduates, there are frequent trainings a few times a week for the first couple months. After that, there are also monthly trainings for the team juniors, whole-team trainings every few months, and organisation-wide trainings a couple times a year. These range from software skills to more general concepts.

We have seminars running every month and one training session every fortnight on industry trends and skills.
