Company procedures
The structure is a little bit messy right now with the role I am in due to recent business vertical system changes.
No formal rotation of job scope.
Our internal processes get in the way a lot and slow things down.
There isn't a lot of dedication for personal development within the work I do

Many opportunities to move roles. The business is very dynamic so a higher level position is opening up every few months. Takes dedication and a strong display of the internal company behaviours to move up the ranks
Indigenous Participation Program Women in Work - partnerships with university women in engineering societies Carbon Neutral Target by 2035 - operations and manufacturing
Honeywell is very firm on inclusivity for women and uploads fantastic ethics and values. I witnessed this during my assessment centre as all participants were of different backgrounds.
The managers are very respectful and understanding. They are very easy to get along with. They are also very helpful when you're trying to find answers to questions you don't know.
Good amount of space. Clean. Cool location down by the river. In the office people are generally dressed in business attire if they're mostly office-based. Engineers and techs may be dressed in company-branded polos or jackets and steel-capped boots to facilitate doing more hands-on work on site.
I've been involved in a lot of internal and external training. Most of it has been internal training on my company's products. Through this I've really fast-tracked my knowledge of our product and this has helped me out in the field immensely.
