A brief history of us.
It started with one. Trish Reaburn is the founder and director of Solutions To Spec. With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership across a broad spectrum of industries, it is safe to say she is an expert in all aspects of human resources.
Trish started Solutions To Spec to assist businesses that did not have a dedicated person to look after their HR needs. She wanted to help organizations to get the most out of their human resources, whether it be developing a high performing team or staying on top of compliance.
Trish quickly became known for transparent, pragmatic and practical HR assistance. As the word spread, more and more businesses came looking for on-demand HR services and the Solutions To Spec team quickly expanded. We now have a team of HR professionals, each with their own specialities.
