We're really proud to be members of a bunch of different organisations, like Pride in Diversity. We're always striving to be the best we can be, and we're super happy to have been recognised with Gold Employer status in the 2021 and 2022 Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI).

We've got a fantastic team called nbn Pride, led by our very own LGBTQ+ employee network. Our goal is to support and empower folks who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender/gender diverse, and queer (LGBTQ+), along with those who stand with them. 

Our ultimate aim? To create a welcoming and inclusive workplace where everyone can feel comfortable and be themselves. We make this happen by implementing policies that support LGBTQ+ individuals, promoting education and awareness, and recognising important dates within the LGBTQ+ community both at work and beyond.
