As a graduate the workload isn't too high. If you stay on top of your work you will have a relatively good work/life balance. You have the ability to ask for more work if needed but most of my experiences is that management expect you to log off after a proper amount of work.

This company prioritizes work/life balance and encourages a healthy approach to managing time. Senior leaders lead by example and organize after-work activities, setting a positive tone for the workplace culture. I'm grateful to be part of a company that values its employees' well-being.

It does depend on which team you are in, if flexible hours are required the company is happy to facilitate those discussions. Regarding annual leave and sick leave, I have been treated with respect and understanding from management who have allowed me to have personal time off due to hardships.
